Good to know

This home has a gracious and *spacious* open floor plan with beautiful lake views, multiple levels of entertainment areas, and water access directly in front of the home. You'll have *lots* of space to spread out. The interior kitchen has a massive center island and bar area with TWO slushie machines!! The fully screened porch includes a large sectional seating area with a BIG TV, an outdoor refrigerator/ buffet area, as well as a dining table that seats eight, plus a conversation/game area. The lower tier outdoor living spaces include a massive gathering area with a large fire pit, several dining tables, a gas grill, as well as a multitude of outdoor games. It's a family gathering Paradise!!

Other Details to Note

Yes-- You DO have dock access!! You are allowed to access our dock for swimming, fishing, and even boat access-- but please reach out to me directly and beforehand if you plan to bring your own boat for arrangements regarding that. Our boat is in the slip sometimes. You must follow the dock rules and etiquette and leave *no trace*. Accessing other dock fingers is strictly forbidden. IMPORTANT-- This property is on a septic system, like every other property in our area. There are *strict rules* regarding what can be put down any drain or toilet. Absolutely *no food solids or fats* can go down our drains, nor can anything else other than toilet paper and human waste. Also, please be mindful of letting the water run excessively without reason. Excess water is *the enemy* of any septic system. ABSOLUTELY NO-- - FLUSHABLE WIPES OR MAKEUP WIPES - FEMININE PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND-- **INCLUDING PADS, TAMPONS OR APPLICATORS** - Q-TIPS OR COTTON BALLS - DIAPERS, PULL-UPS, ETC - GREASE/OIL OR ANY FOOD SOLIDS - And additionally no HOPES or DREAMS ❤️‍🩹 Additional things to note-- The road to the home turns to gravel, and can be susceptible to occasional wear and wash out from heavy rain. If you encounter this, please bear with us, as we do everything we can to make the road as comfortable as possible. The driveway *at the home* is quite steep. We are on a hill-- as depicted in our photos-- which gives us those beautiful lake views. Please be sure to engage your emergency break when parking in the driveway.

House Rules

No parties or unauthorized guests. If you would like to have day guests who are not on the reservation, please speak to us regarding that. No unauthorized or untrained pets. Pets must be under your control at all times, and must never be left unattended on the property or in the home. If you leave your pet in the property while you are out, they must be crated. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your children. Their are several things about this home that may not be appropriate for small children or those who are unsteady on their feet. The height of the retaining wall, uneven surfaces outside, and a steep driveway make this property inappropriate for those who might struggle with those aspects. Absolutely no climbing or playing on the retaining wall or its railings.

Guest Access

You have full access to practically every area of the home. The space is yours to enjoy! The only two areas that we ask that our guests please don't access are the locked owner's cabinet in the primary King bedroom, and the *one* locked cabinet in the kitchen area, where we keep our essentials for when we visit. We promise-- there's nothing in there that is worth breaking into-- unless you want to use our toothbrushes or enjoy a can of green beans. 😂
